Terms and Ethics
What this page is
This is a temporary holding page shown while a Stux.Group project or service is offline for updates or maintenance. It has no functionality beyond telling visitors that, and pointing them to Bluesky for status updates. It's free to view, requires no account, and involves no payment.
Acceptable use
This is a view-only page — there's no account system, form, or interactive feature to misuse. The usual rule applies: don't attempt to scrape it abusively, attack the hosting infrastructure behind it, or otherwise interfere with it being served to other visitors.
No uptime or timing guarantee
The maintenance message, and any indication of when a service might return, reflects the best information available at the time and can change, or the underlying service can be modified, without notice. Nothing on this page is a service-level commitment.
Third-party links
This page links out to Bluesky and LinkedIn. Each operates under its own terms — Stux.Group isn't responsible for their content, availability, or policies once you click through.
No warranty
This page is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including as to its availability or accuracy at any given moment.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
